The Erasmus+ filmproject on Inclusive Education for young children shows 4 vivid portraits of successful initiatives, shot in Ljubljana, Berlin, Amsterdam and Copenhagen. In this film we meet Tina Merčnik, principal of the the kindergarten Hansa Christiana Andersena. We also meet Nadja Beguš, counsellor at this kindergarten. Martina Pilat Martina Pilat Sirotić and Maja Jakofčič are teachers and pedagogues.
They all tell about their core values and their approach to working with the children. The film only shows short parts of the interviews. To get a deeper understanding of the practice and the reasoning behind, you will have to watch/read the entire interviews with the three pedagogues.
